Heads Up! Change to Biofinity® Contact Lens Wear Schedule

Here’s a brief update about your Biofinity® contact lens wear schedule:
What’s changing?
Due to changes in European Union medical device regulations, the manufacturer of Biofinity contact lenses will be adjusting the wear schedule in New Zealand.
Starting from May 27th, 2024, the current Continuous Wear schedule (up to 29 nights/30 days) will no longer be valid.
What do you need to do?
After May 27, 2024, you can still wear your Biofinity® contacts, but the new schedule will be as follows:
- Daily Wear
- Extended Wear: Up to 6 nights/7 days.
Rest assured, this change only affects the wear schedule. Your contact lenses will maintain the same high standards of comfort, safety, and performance that you’re used to.
